Here is another grocery store pictures from my most recent trip to Bkk.
As always, Thailand is the definition (like Japan) of perfect retailing – across every category. (this particular example is of the Unilever Sunsilk brand section…)
Note the attendant there ensuring that everything is perfect 
Shopping bag rain coat = a little piece of Japanese perfection in customer service and attention to detail…in NYC. Luckily the Japanese brand MUJI upholds it’s Japanese standards even abroad.
A little wasteful, but still worth it. When you are used to this Japanese style service it’s hard to live without it. (My all time favorite is the little piece of tape to close the bag. That is key!!
